Anisocoria: There is a normal condition called anisocoria which is seen in 10-20% of people but the pupils are usually only a millimeter or so different. Dizziness can be caused by problems in the brain, but also inner ear disorders, as well as side effects of medications. Should be evaluated by a doctor to be sure what is going on!
