Tumor unlikely: Otalgia or ear ache is almost never a brain symptom. The fact that you are recovering from a sinusitis which is usually viral and you are dizzy, sounds like the viral infection has found the middle ear and inner ear. See an ENT doctor for a specific diagnosis and treatment.
