Gliomas: It is certainly one of the presenting symptoms of brain tumor. Diplopia or double vision can be from the effect on cranial nerves 3, 4, 6 and dizziness (+/- vomiting, nausea, balance problems) can be a sign of posterior fossa tumor.

Yes: A lesion within the brain that involves the nerves that innervate the eye muscles can cause double vision (i.e. Diplopia). Even lesions with mass effect (swelling) can cause double vision and dizziness. Please seek medical attention as further treatment is necessary. Good luck to a speedy recovery.

Not very high: Without more findings or info, concern of a brain tumor, either benign or malignant is fairly low. While brain tumors may present many different ways depending on where in the brain they develop, headaches are still most common finding. Still, they r rarer than most other causes of headaches. If it persists, worsens, or other symptoms develop, follow up with your md as they mentioned.
