I have been having all these weird symptoms, could it be stress/anxiety? clumsy,bad vision(only lately),dizzy spells, tired&drowsy,headaches,moods, trouble concentrating, etc. gran had a brain tumor at young age family thinks thats whats wrong i dont

The likelihood: that this due to a brain tumor is low. However, these sound like very bothersome symtoms - so would recommend assessment. Some symptoms may be related to anxiety - but you would have to rule out medical causes to know for sure.
