do i have a brain tumor. i forget things, have headaches, slurred speech (sometimes) and random dizzy spells?

Probably not: But there are plenty of possibilities including an infection. If you have not had a recent traumatic injury and eat well, sleep well, and are otherwise healthy, you must see a doctor for a thorough evaluation.
