There's no way to judge the cause of your incontinence. In women if is often related to past trauma during vaginal childbirth. Strong urine odor usually is the result of diet and lower fluid intake, and goes away with drinking lots of fluids to dilute the urine. It's usually not due to infection or other important health problems. But to be on the safe side, check with your doctor if it continues.
