Pinched nerve, back: With the above symptoms, i suspect you may have some pinched nerve in your low back regions...Some people have much pain and others not so much. With symptoms ongoing for months, i suggest seeing a doc for eval, as leaving things too long u may not be able to reverse the neuropathy (numbness in your toes). Best of luck to you..

Yes: I'd want to know your age and other issues. Urge is probably unrelated directly. You probably have either a lumbar disc issue or spinal stenosis, depending on your age. An MRI would probably be useful as far as diagnosis, but if your toes have been numb for months they may never come back. Had a pelvic check lately?

Possibly: If sciatica is causing incontinence, you need this evaluated as it could suggest a more severe compression of nerves. if this does not resolve soon, see a spine evaluation .
