URINARY FREQUENCY: It could be many things, dietary irritants are the most common reason. There is a large list of them and they may have been in your diet for years and just now cause an issue. Constipation can also cause it. Fill out a diary of ins and outs with times for a day. This will help a physician sort out the issue faster.

OAB: This sounds like overactive bladder. It is usually treated with pelvic floor muscle exercises, behavioral techniques, and medications.
