For ~week ive been leaking urine, often soon after i sit but only after standing a while. have pelvic floor dysfunction, but no recent issues and no uti symptoms. no coughing/sneezing, etc but my urine does smell a little off. any ideas as to cause?

With history of pelvic floor dysfunction and urine leak with foul odor I think you may experience pelvic organ prolapse such as cystocele or uterine prolapse.
