See answer : If you are having symptoms of recurrent UTIs (especially urinary frequency and bladder/pelvic pressure, discomfort, or pain) in the presence of an unremarkable urinalysis and negative urine culture, you may well have a bladder problem called Interstitial Cystitis (aka Painful Bladder Syndrome). Diagnosis made by the above history and facilitated by a cystoscopy/hydrodistension under anesthesia.
