Random swollen eyes once/twice a year..lasting 1 week normally. doctor said its not environmental or allergic..i don't have much more information ?

If the swelling lasts up to a week at a time, I would work you up for hereditary angioedema as well even though the location is not classic for this condition. Consult an allergist.
