Weight loss: I am sorry to say that anyone that suffers from weight gain will be able to lose the weight and return to eating whatever they want without gaining it back. It is about balance and a healthy lifestyle to maintain weight loss. If you return to the habits that gained you the weight to start with - you will regain your weight. If you over indulge one day reduce it the next day or exercise more.
