How do i get therapeutic massage for my sciatic lower back/leg pain and stress covered by my health insurance?

Good Luck with that.: I know massage therapists that provide this service for patients at doctors offices. They are paid at the time of service. The insurance is then billed. It is extremely rare that the insurance company pays anything.

Radiculopathy: I understand your distress lower back/leg pain. See Orthopedic Physician, provide history, have X-rays and MRI to make Diagnosis. Then discuss Treatment including Physical Therapy with massage See Psychiatrist for coping skills to deal with stress and pain. These treatments are usually covered by insurance. Do breathing and Music Relaxation, Meditation, Yoga and Visual Imagery for Relaxation.
