Gout and Sciatica?: This would be quite rare. Being that gout is a joint based inflammatory condition, this is highly unlikely. Keep working on getting that UA level under 6 though. Sciatica can be successfully treated though with icing, stretching, physical therapy and even anti-inflammatories (motrin, naprosyn, (naproxen) etc.).
