Back instability: The leg pain is from instability of the vertebrae in the back . The bow legs are incidental. Need to repair with prolotherapy . Visit www.Getprolo.Com or aaomed.Org to find a doctor or www.Proloshot.Com to learn about prolotherapy.

Not likely: Although your gait pattern may put increased strain on your back resulting in pain, or aches, it is not likely to cause "sciatica." have your doctor evaluate you to rule out other causes of your symptoms.
