Which would be more prone to making you more tired luvox (fluvoxamine) cr or immediate release luvox (fluvoxamine)? it would be 200 mg taken at 10pm

CR=controlled releas: The CR form of the medication is designed to increase blood levels of the drug in a more gradual fashion than an immediate release product, there y causing less side effects, and hopefully less drowsiness

CR vs reg release: A controlled release formulation allows for less spikes of the medication in your system. This means that the CR is likely to cause fewer side effects. No, immediate release is not in one dose. The big advantage is that Luvox CR can be given as a single dose per day whereas, immediate-release Luvox should be given in divided doses if over 100 mg is prescribed.
