Fluvoxamine dose is: 100-300 mg/d; best divided every 12 hours if 200 mg or more. It increases serotonin which can reduce dopamine resulting in emotional flattening/low motivation. Methylphenidate and bupropion may counter this effect. Side effects usually lessen with time and benefit usually increases. If not then prescriber may seek alternative for you. Lifestyle measures are important. Best regards for good health.
