Yes: Luvox (fluvoxamine) cr is an antidepressant which also has specific indications to help people with ocd. It can decrease anxiety, obsessions, and compulsions in these people. Dose may need adjustment. It is not helpful for all, though, and your doctor will be working with you to determine effectiveness in your specific case.

Agree w Dr. Pappas: LUVOX CR = (fluvoxamine maleate) Extended Release Capsules is approved by the FDA for the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder. However, it has been used off-label by some to treat major depressive disorder, PTSD, panic disorder and social anxiety disorder.
