I had a full upper extraction under anesthesia and immediate dentures put in. its been five days and my nose still feels numb when i blow or wiggle it?

Most likely the nerve fibers will reconnect (anastomosis) over a period of weeks to months. Keep in contact with your dentist. You should be seen regularly for the next few months. Most often the numbness returns gradually over time.
