Why does your dentist want you to put your dentures in right after having a full teeth extraction?

Swelling... after having all those teeth extracted, you're bound to have swelling. If you don't put your new denture in right away, you may not be able to insert it for a while due to the swelling. In addition, the sooner sore spots are realized, the sooner adjustments can be made to make things comfortable.

I agree with the previous Doctor’s answer but will also like to ad that immediate placement of Denture after extraction also reduces bleeding and helps in healing by preventing any trauma ..
