Numbness: The nose is fairly distant from the surgical site, and should not share the same innervation as the upper wisdom teeth. So, it may very well be unrelated to your procedure. I would ask your surgeon during your next postop visit.

It is possible: Nose numbness after wisdom tooth extraction is rare, but it is possible. However, if this numbness lingers for more than 48 hours, you may actually be suffering from temporary prosthesis. In this case you should see your surgeon for an evaluation.
