My left arm hurts at night sometimes feels like its under pressure too. im 41 and kinda scared what it might be. no insurance or i'd goto the er?

PCP for EKG: 41 y/o male says, My left arm hurts at night sometimes feels like its under pressure. ...and kinda scared what it might be. If it only happens at night one might consider it positional. Possibly due to the way one places his left arm & head while lying down/sleeping. Pain likely due to muscle strain. But seeing a PCP for EKG and simple evaluation will be more valuable than worrying for uninsured
