Hi doctor, i have excruciating pain in my left arm and it extends to my left arm and left fingers. my pulse is elevated and even at rest is about 110. blood pressure is really high and seem to have an upset tummy. should i go into casualty- am scared?

Good idea: Anybody with "excruciating pain" anywhere in her body would likely be riding the ambulance to the ER (Casualty). After all, what else would she do with excruciating pain at home? It could be something really bad. The pain is a message that tissue damage is happening in some body part, and is telling the person to get medical help as soon as possible.
