Exam needed: Coronary artery disease would be most unusual at your age, but other heart pathology like valve or heart muscle disease are possibilities. However anxiety is a common cause of these symptoms especially if the symptoms are noticeable at rest but not with exertion. For peace of mind have an examination by your physician and appropriate tests can be ordered.
