What would be a simple way to help with an accessory navicular and over pronation at home with custom orthotics.

Custom Orthotics: The only way to obtain a custom orthotic is through a podiatrist or other foot and ankle specialist as these are prescriptive devices. Just as you can't obtain prescription glasses at home or at the local big box store, you must have a comprehensive evaluation and casting. Once the device is made, it is fitted to ensure the prescription is correct.

Not Simple.: I'm not sure what you are asking. Many people has an accessory navicular and have absolutely no symptoms. Are you having pain or are just wanting to control pronation. Seek the consult of a specialist to help determine just how to address you concerns.
