Yes: Should be fine since boots have more depth. Just make sure liner is flat and does not tilt orthotics. Try it out and see if they feel any different compared to shoes without liners. If unsure consult with your doctor.

Pronation: Generally the correction needed via orthotics is incorporated into the brace. However, the orthotics should lay on them . If unsure , see your treating physician.
