Orthotics: custom made orthotics can be made to accommodate problems such as an accessory navicular bone. The orthotic should be moulded to the foot and then the device is made to help accommodate the area. It can be made to protect the bone or elevate it. It all depends.

There isn't really: anything specific for the extra bone. More importantly it is to take away the lowering of the arch by creating an arch with the device. If the bone causes the foot to stick out an aperture can be formed to deal with it.
