Try mail order: Orthotics are best fabricated from a mold taken by a foot specialist but recently online providers o custom orthotics will ship a mold to you with instructions how to mold your own feet, then customers have the ability to send this mold in and they send you back a custom pair by mail.

The mail order idea is pretty flawed. Casting yourself is nearly impossible and the resulting ' orthotic ' will be useless.
