Please checkout: The website fixmyflatfeet.Com this is indeed a surgical procedure but minimally invasive. I have had excellent results with it and your foot type looks conducive for this procedure. Alternative procedures would be flatfoot reconstructions. Orthotics will never fix your feet.

Orthotics: Sounds like the material was inadequate for your weight or use. There is surgery for plantar fasciitis , but you still need orthotics so try those -again.
