What may cause int swollen under chin nodes that impede breathing x 10+ yrs? neg for hiv, lymes, cancer.

May need lymph node: May need lymph node biopsy if you have not had this. This may related to a systemic issue. This may be wise to see heamtology if you have not done that. This might also be submandibular gland swelling so an ENT physician can clarify that.
