I have mycoplasma, lyme, bartonella. i am hiv-negative. the strange thing is that my cd4 is now down to around 500. why is cd4 dropping? mycoplasma?

Immunity: Hiv is a problem of the t cells, the infections your mentioned depend on the b cells. Cd4 count fluctuates, and 500 is still ok. You should see an immunologist for proper evaluation of your immune system.

CD4 dropping: Well, your multiple diseases may be affecting your immune system in that it's not able to work as it used to. Or you may have another immune deficiency than HIV that is affecting your cd4.
