Probably nothing: I would start with careful physical exam. Many (most?) who believe they have "general lymph node swelling" have no enlarged nodes by professional exam. Also blood count, maybe body wide CT scan or MRI. I would wonder about chronic fatigue syndrome. 10 years unchnaged means probably nothing dangerous is going on. I doubt further blood tests would be helpful. Trust your doctor on this.
