NO: Normal heart rate= 60 to 90. Rate fluctuations are normal. Get a hobby.

Normal variations: If you don't feel any symptoms, your heart rate can change as part of its normal cycle. Almost anything can affect the heart rate. Consult with your doctor if your heart rate at rest is more than 100.
