Is changing of resting heart rate normal during the day? usually in the morning when i wake up its 60 bpm, then i do stuff and its 70-80 bpm, then after i eat dinner its 80-105 bpm. is this normal? rhr, so its when im laying down and checking it?

Normal.: Young people usually experience a greater heart rate variability in response to activity, emotional stress and eating. The sickest people, especially diabetics, lose the neurologic input to the heart and blood vessels; they lose the heart rate variability seen in young healthy persons.
