What can cause chest pain (left) & slow heartrate (44 bpm, usual resting heart rate 55-60). mild nausea started earlier in the day, possibly unrelated?

There are a lot of: possible reasons for a slow heart rate and chest pain. 44 isn't too slow when your usual is in the mid fifties but it sounds like you have more than that going on with the nausea too. If your symptoms persist you would be smart to get checked out by a health care professional soon.
