Taking gabapentin 200mg 1 x day for last 4 months for severe nerve pain. last few days resting heart rate is 90 bpm. can gabapentin cause this?

Side effects: Normally gabapentin does not cause an elevated resting heart rate. Perhaps there is some other cause? Is your pulse regular? How is your blood pressure? It would help for these to be measured.
