Muscle relaxant: Why not use a standard muscle relaxant first before valium? Xanax (alprazolam) and Valium work but the overall for occasional use, a medication like Baclofen might be better. Hey....its not a bad one. Baclofen is one we actually put inside the spinal cord to help paraplegics. So it might be worth a shot.
