Panadeine and cough: Panadeine is a combo of paracetamol and codeine. Paracetamol in the correct dose will suppress your fever. Codeine in the correct dose will suppress your cough. That is why I don't like fixed combination drugs. Also, para is a q4h drug and codeine is usually given q6h. See your doc for better care than you are getting now!
