For two days i had a high fever, fatigue and vomited twice. on the third day all i have is fatigue in my legs and a little cough. but i can walk normally and do some chores around the house. it is possible to have meningitis?

You present with some signs but no stiff neck, headache, dislike of bright lights, and a rash. If you are so concerned request a spinal tap from your PCP if warranted.
