Have been sick since the 19th of july. for the first two weeks of my sickness, i had a migrane and a fever then turned into a wet cough, what is it?

May be pneumonia: You need to see a doctor. If you do not have one, go to the nearest hospital emergency room. Your symptoms need to be evaluated with additional history, physical examination, imaging and laboratory tests.
