Will it be okay to change cymbalta (duloxetine) medication time from 9pm to 7:30pm for example?

Probably not an issue: The timing of Cymbalta (duloxetine) dosing is in part influenced by patient preference and convenience. However, in my experience, the higher the dose, the more tired some people get. Also, because of the potential GI side effects, taking it during mealtime can be of benefit. The important thing to remember is to be consistent with taking it daily. Hope this is helpful. All th best.

Okay to change time: Cymbalta (duloxetine) does not need to be taken at a specific time each day, so taking your dose earlier is fine. It is a good idea to be consistent in order to avoid missing doses after you change the time of the day you decide to take your medication.
