Both: You can take them both together, providing you tolerate it. They kind of work differently, and unlikely to cause any major drug interactions. ONe is a so called ssri (zoloft) which increases serotonin, and the other SNRI ( cymbalta) which increases norepinephrine.

Be careful: You are already taking 3 medications with possible drug interactions. Cymbalta (duloxetine) and Zoloft should not be used together as significant side effects can occur. You are not going to find the answers to your problems on this or any other site. You must try to find a caring and compassionate physician who will take the time to answer your questions so that you don't have to find the answers on your own

Your medication should be managed by a Psychiatrist who understands your medical and psychological history. If you are not confident in your Doctor please see another for a second opinion. Please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy to help. It is always important to have a complete physical exam.
