Taking trip to east from west coast in us, on cymbalta (duloxetine). how will my med times change? do i take at 5 pm instead of 8?

Not necessary: It is not necessary to change administration times for medications for such a sort distance. If you normally take it at 8pm, just go ahead and take it at 8pm. It builds up blood levels so a 3 hour difference will not matter.
