Unrealistic goal!!: I would advise you to moderate your goals because you have to be running a marathon to burn 1, 000 calories in one day. A more realistic goal should be to burn 200 to 500 calories a day which also requires more than 30-60 minutes of moderate to intense exercise, ranging from brisk walk to running and lifting weights.
