Bad plan: 2 hours of exercise per day is excessive and cutting calories on top of it will only lead to short term weight loss before your metabolism slows down for self preservation. At 41, you are also risking overuse injuries with that much exercise. You should aim for 1/2-1 pound per week and exercise smarter and more efficiently at higher intensity for shorter duration.
