Nutrition: You need to first look at your expenditure vs your intake. You need to keep a food diary for a week and an exercise/activity diary. What is your height and weight before you talk about losing 10 pounds. You should see a nutrionist and your physician to discuss all this as well. The food and exercise diary will help both in guiding you.
