Is it healthy to get all of one's recommended calorie intake by consuminf only fruits and vegetables?

Healthy: It is currently recommended that we take in 5 servings of veggies and 4 servings of fruit per day. It is best that your diet be nutrionally balanced with protein, dairy, meat/fish (unless vegetarian) & healthy fats.
