That depends.: If you use a whole food juicer you will get enzymes exposed and the food fiber. Howerver if you use a juice extractor you will not get the benefit of the fiber. Eating food whole - you get the fiber and nutrients with less access to the enzymes. I find that whole juiciing helps one to get more vegetable/ fruit servings at one.
