Discrepancy: Hysterosalpingogram is reliable for diagnosis of hydrosalpinx, perhaps get the films reviewed again. Once a HSG diagnosis is made, I do not typically get a MRI for confirmation. The MRI is reported as no hydrosalpinx, then that is what it is. I presume you had the tests done for infertility evaluation, so if no pregnancy in the next 6 months (provided all else normal), consider laparoscopy.
