HSG: Hsg is a good and less invasive method to evaluate the uterine cavity and fallopian tubes. However, it can miss certain abnormalities or make false diagnoses regarding tubal blockage. Having said that, hsg tends to be pretty good at picking up a hydrosalpinx. Hydrosalpinx will require further evaluation and possible treatment.
